Introduction

If you wish to cancel an order, our cancellation policy provides flexibility before the order is out for delivery.

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before the commencement of delivery.
  • Once the product has been out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.
  2. If the order has not been out for delivery yet, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
  3. If the order is in transit, we cannot cancel the order, but you may follow our return policy once the item is delivered.

Refund After Cancellation

  • Canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method, typically within 7 days.
